What This Covers

This policy explains what information Pet Event Hub collects when you browse the site, submit an event, or send us a message — and what we do with it. It applies to peteventhub.ph and nothing else.

Data We Collect

Pet Event Hub has no user accounts in this version of the site, so we don't hold passwords or profiles. We collect information only when you give it to us directly:

• Event submissions — the event details, organizer name, and any contact information you include on the submit-event form.
• Contact messages — your name, email address, and message when you write to us.
• Basic server logs — the standard records our host keeps to serve and secure the site.
• Analytics, only if you say yes — pages visited, general location by city, and device type, collected through Google Analytics and never until you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies

Analytics is off until you turn it on. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you're happy with analytics cookies; nothing analytics-related loads unless you accept, and declining is a real choice, not a delay. We don't sell data to advertisers or run cross-site ad tracking.

Two kinds of storage are always on because the site cannot work without them: your cookie choice itself, so we stop asking, and a small preference you set — your light or dark theme. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure traffic. Change your mind whenever you like — the button below reopens your choices, and turning analytics off clears those cookies straight away.

How We Use It

We use the information above to review and publish event listings, respond to messages, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers that keep the site running — hosting, email delivery, and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.

Third-Party Links

Event pages link out to organizers' own registration pages, ticketing platforms, and social accounts. Once you leave peteventhub.ph, that site's own privacy policy applies — we don't control what they collect, so check before handing over any personal information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep event submissions and contact messages only as long as we need them to review a listing or resolve an inquiry.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@peteventhub.ph and we'll sort it out.
